Warm Springs Construction Enterprise is seeking qualified applicants for the Housing Superintendent position. Responsible for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with the plans, specifications, and local codes. The Housing Superintendent shall schedule and coordinate the crew, equipment, material and subcontractors needed to meet production targets and ensure completion of the work is on time.
